Shipping policy
Your Unwrap a Story Box will ship around the 6th of the next month.
*Standard shipping times may increase due to carrier delays.
After your purchase has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address associated with your account so you can track your order and view your expected delivery date.
To avoid the delay of your Unwrap a Story Box, please ensure that your Shipping and Billing Information is up-to-date prior to the 14th of the month. As a reminder, for all orders received before the 14th of the month, the box will be shipped around the 6th of the next month. Any orders received after the 14th, will ship the following month.
If your Unwrap a Story Box has already shipped to an inaccurate address, we are unfortunately unable to retroactively adjust the shipping address for that specific box and recommend you contact the shipping carrier directly to see if they are able to redirect your package.
One-time product purchases (non-subscription products) will ship within one week from your purchase (unless otherwise noted).

Shipping is charged on each box shipped, even if boxes are purchased through a multi-month package.
