Refund policy

All Unwrap A Story purchases, both subscription and one-time purchases, are non-refundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund. All Sales Are Final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email our Community Support Team at hello@dyslexiatogether.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out to aid us in the replacement of any damaged product, and to help us learn from what went wrong.

If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of receiving your tracking information. If Unwrap A Story is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Any specific circumstance replacements or refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Unwrap A Story.

Replacement products can take up to 30-45 days to replace. If a replacement is not available, a comparable substitution will be added to the customer's next shiment or sent separately to the customer if it is the last shipment of a multi-month package. 

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
